Job description

TECNALIA Research & Innovation is looking for strengthen its activity in the field of Sustainable and Green Chemistry within the Materials and Processes for Energy and Environment Area. Therefore, a Project Manager position is available at Sustainable Chemistry platform.
We are looking for an experience, skilled and highly motivated Project Manager interested in developing research projects in chemical synthesis and chemical processes improvement from economic and sustainability perspectives.

Task Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible of the coordination, preparation (technical and economic part), implementation and management of both public and privately funded research projects at national and International level.
The successful applicant will be responsible of market development according to TECNALIA commercial plan.
The selected candidate will be able to generate new breakthrough ideas and strategies for business development.

Requirements

MSc. in Chemistry (preferably organic Chemistry) or in Chemical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in similar position working in the private industrial sector.
Excellent analytical, organizational skills and team player.
Proficient in English, at least C1 level or equivalent.
